Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RepSmart, a fitness and workout tracking application developed and operated by an independent developer in the United Kingdom.

By creating an account, accessing or using RepSmart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. RepSmart

RepSmart provides tools for recording workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, bodyweight entries, saved workout templates, training history, progress information and related fitness-tracking features. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity carried out through your account.

3. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

RepSmart is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Training suggestions, progress indicators, goals, trends, tempo guidance and other information are for general fitness-tracking purposes only. You are responsible for deciding whether exercises and training activities are appropriate for you.

4. Premium Features and Purchases

RepSmart may offer Premium functionality through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, including auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions, introductory free trials for eligible users, and a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before the end of the current subscription period. Billing, cancellation and renewal are managed by Apple.

Free Trials

Where available, a free trial is subject to Apple’s eligibility rules and the conditions shown at the time of purchase.

Lifetime Purchase

A Lifetime Premium purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase intended to provide ongoing access to the Premium features included in the relevant RepSmart product, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the service.

Refunds

In-App Purchase billing and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies.

5. Free Plan Limits

RepSmart may impose limits on the Free plan, including limits on the number of saved workout templates that can be actively used. If Premium access ends, RepSmart may preserve previously created data while restricting access to Premium-only functionality.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the workout, bodyweight and other information you enter. You grant RepSmart the limited permission necessary to store, process and synchronise that information for the purpose of operating the service. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your RepSmart account through the app. Deleting your RepSmart account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not use RepSmart for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the app or its services.
• Do not use another person’s account without permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass purchase, subscription or feature-access controls.
• Do not use RepSmart in a way that infringes the rights of others.

9. Availability and Changes

RepSmart is provided on an “as available” basis. Uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features, limits, interfaces, integrations and service availability may change over time.

10. Intellectual Property

RepSmart’s software, branding, design, original content and other intellectual property are owned by the developer or used with permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepSmart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, loss of data caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, or injury resulting from your own exercise choices.

12. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms. You may stop using RepSmart at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
